Lessons & Courses - Short Introductory Courses

These are one-off, (usually) half-day courses, aimed at those with no previous practical experience of the Technique. The Course consists of a series of short talks and practical work in small groups and aims to provide a concise introduction to the Alexander technique and its field of enquiry. Progression for participants is to private lessons. Courses are run on a regular basis by PAAT teaching practices across the country. Cost will be £26.00.
