If you would like to find out more about the Alexander Technique, you can contact the PAAT Secretary to book a talk or demonstration.

PAAT teachers regularly give talks and presentations to interested parties and are willing to consider any requests to do so.

In the past we’ve spoken to actors, musicians, medical students, teachers, local groups — and more — at venues ranging from village halls to university lecture theatres.

If you would like a general talk about the Alexander Technique, then we’ll provide one. If you need something related more specifically to your group’s interests, we’ll provide that too.

Practical demonstrations feature in all of our talks and presentations, so you’ll have plenty of opportunity to find out how a teacher’s work with the hands can help you.
