Exploring Our Practice
An 8-week online course for those with previous practical Alexander Technique experience.
This course is for people who would like to develop and deepen the range of their Alexander practice in daily life, within a supportive group situation.
You need to have had a minimum of 12 Alexander lessons, or the equivalent on a group course. It is also suitable for those who have considerable experience (including a previous Exploring Our Practice course) but who may wish to refresh or revisit their knowledge, understanding, and practice of the Technique.
During the course, we explore the Technique through a mixture of practical work and discussion led by experienced PAAT teachers.
There is an optional extra strand of guided reading and writing which can act as a preparation for training as an Alexander Technique teacher.
When: Our new Autumn course begins on Wednesday October 5th 2022 and runs for 8 weeks (with a one week break on November 2nd. Each session will run from 6.30pm to 8.30pm London Time. To make enquiries or book a place on the course, please contact Dr Rose Whyman from our Contact Page.
Course Fee: £200.
All PAAT teachers have completed a four-year training course, and those working online have done CPD in virtual teaching. They are fully insured to work with individuals or groups and are bound by PAAT’s Code of Conduct.
